who i am ?

meet the coach James Boland

Honestly, I’m a very lucky guy. I spent over three years inside a space most men will never see — a women-led training where we learned, directly and without ego, how to connect.

Not only did I get trained, but I also earned myself a new future in Love. I appreciate the women who invested their time in us. It was amazing — really vulnerable of them — and they were very dedicated. I have a special fondness for them as well (you’ll see…).

I already had some background in meditation and “mind matters,” you might say. Something violent happened with my birth mother while she was pregnant with me, and I experienced those events. It visited me in the form of PTSD until age seven. And I have two sisters, so you could say I’m connected with women in many ways.

I’m adventurous and I’ve sailed the Pacific Ocean between California and Hawaii. I’m not a surfer, but I’m next to the ocean every day. In my normal job, I work with both men and women — professionally shooting sports and music.

I’ve had serious relationships, sure. I’ve also had moments of confusion, disconnection, and disappointment. But what I came to understand was this:

Women are deeply relational, intuitive, and energetically tuned. When you meet them with real presence and clarity, something incredible opens up between you. That’s what I learned — and what I’m sharing here.

My life is built around intention. I live simply, and I live for what’s real — in relationship, in energy, in growth. That shows up in this course, and it shows up in the other project I’ve written: a separate book that explores early trauma, memory, and the deeper wiring of human connection.

I’ve already said I’m grateful — but I’m also honored that I get to share this with you. I think women really need men to understand these things. And I believe this absolutely will empower you to encounter and bond with amazing women.

Regardless of how your relationships unfold, it’s likely that a woman you spend time with — even if you part ways — will still feel fondly about you. And that, to me, is a great way to live.

Thank you for joining. And yes — I call it a brotherhood.
